Personal Philosophy

Ask the hard questions. Clear objectives for better results. Care about your clients.

As the old adage goes “Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.” Most projects fail from the start because people fail to ask the hard questions and do not evaluate the risks. In addition, effectiveness of a solution is hard to assess because no clear objectives were expressed from the start. As a project manager and developer I believe it is my job to do my best to provide the best solutions possible for my clients or team. I ask the hard questions because I care and want anyone who invests their time and energy in utilizing my expertise to get a return on their investment.
